360 No Scope Achievement — Reliable Setup
A safer way to attempt the 360 No Scope achievement in How to Fish using a weakened normal creature, open space, hip fire and a clear visual reference.
A low-risk setup
The achievement asks for a creature kill with a 360 no scope. Launch-day detection looked a little inconsistent, so use a setup that removes as many variables as possible.
- Catch a small normal creature.
- Weaken it until one shot should finish it.
- Move to open ground so the target cannot immediately disappear into water.
- Keep the scope unused; a Laser can help with hip-fire reference.
- Pick a landmark directly in front of you.
- Rotate until the same landmark returns to center, then fire the finishing shot.
Video-tested: players successfully received large “no scope/360/overkill” score bonuses during this style of attempt, and at least one group saw the achievement trigger during normal trick-shot play.
Why not use a boss?
Bosses move unpredictably, have more health and make failed rotations expensive. A normal creature lets you pre-damage the target and retry quickly.
If it does not pop
Needs confirmation: the exact rotation tolerance is not documented in the supplied evidence. Try a slightly wider rotation and make sure the finishing shot is genuinely unscoped. Do not assume a 180-degree flick counted as a full turn.
